1.       Personal Mastery

Pre-requisite:  The above named programmes

The purpose of this programme is to:

·       Learn how to set personal goals in such a way that there is true motivation to achieve them

·       Identify and change the patterns of:

-          Erratic work performance & behaviour

-          Limiting beliefs that prevent peak performance

·       Learn new ways to increase personal performance by

-          Using simple techniques for instant access to confidence and heightened positive emotional states needed in any work situation

-          Successfully relating to others – a technique to be able to ‘preview’ the best possible outcome in any intended conversation - prior to holding it!

2.       LAB Mastery

 Pre-requisite:  The above named programmes

The purpose of this programme is to:

·       Refresh and refine the use of the LAB Profile    

·       Bring about successful behavioural change though other beneficial NLP techniques:

-          Identify, understand, and be aware of the source of common performance problems e.g. not achieving the objectives set, fear of failure, undisclosed personal problems;

boredom; feeling undervalued etc.

-          Understand the internal strategies run which produce results – desired or not, and a

method of how to change them at the appropriate level

-          Techniques for relating to others
