Pre-requisite:  All participants must have had management training

Successful motivation defined as - to be able to align change with a person's natural motivaitonal flow rather than attempt to change it!

The purpose of this programme is to develop Managers skill to uncover:

·       What triggers motivation? What makes a person change their mind?

 ü      Unlock the hidden genius and resource in self and their team members

ü       Encourage people to unblock creativity, release more energy and avoid them becoming unproductive and demotivated

ü       Use powerful influencing language - be able to successfully motivate yourself and others and maintain it 

ü       Use more meaningful communication and be in tune with a person’s inherent motivational flow to achieve the desired results

This programme will take a manager’s ability to influence and motivate others to a whole new level. 

An advanced communication programme using new linguistic tools and techniques to complement and enhance existing knowledge and skill and accelerate work performance.
