Anyone (from any business discipline) who chooses to improve their communication skills, eliminate conflict and heighten internal communication, increase personal performance, satisfy customers, build their confidence and overall, be totally resourceful.
Pre requisite: None
The purpose of this programme is to provide individuals more ways in which they can:
· Use language to influence and motivate customers and colleagues to
achieve the desired results
· Convey messages i.e. every word that they say counts
· Improve internal communication and harness cross-functional team spirit
· Eliminate negative emotional reactions; resolve unsatisfactory situations, and conflict
· Increase productivity and efficiency by understanding how the working environment, and the way they prefer to work, has an impact on them, their colleagues, and the achievement of individual and/or team projects
· Heighten and ensure co-operation between teams by having the means to easily influence what, and how they do things for the benefit of the entire team – one team – one goal!
Attending ‘One Team – One Goal’ participants will have:
ü new linguistic tools and techniques that can be used right away to complement and heighten existing knowledge and skill, and accelerate work performance
