This month’s speaker at the West London Business Network was Brenda Spiller, a warm, bubbly, very likeable, charismatic woman who runs her own successful business in “Selling Customer Service Excellence & Effective Communications Skills”.  Her clients include many of our well known ‘blue chip’ companies, and she is the author of numerous books on the subject.

 

Her presentation was excellent, delivering what many of us would have had to pay dearly for to have enjoyed if in a commercial environment. The delivery was perfect, imparting, hints, tips, methods, ideas, methodologies, etc all designed to help us clinch that next order or work commission. She effortlessly showed us brief diagrams on structures all very soluble and easy to understand, and was ready to listen to and answer all questions as they arose. At the end of her she speech she handed out information pertaining to what had been delivered throughout the evening for our easy reference and access. A speaker we would recommend again and again. Technical advice delivered in an easy way, it takes an expert to do that.

 

A very enlightening evening, it was enjoyed by all, especially the number of new visitors who had seen our editorials in the local press, all of whom were very impressed.
