Wandle Housing Association - Customer Service Training (August 02, 2007)
Brenda Spiller was commissioned by Wandle Housing Association to undertake an extensive and comprehensive customer service training regime that was designed for us based on our specific needs and used our corporate vision, aims and residents charter.
 
The training was delivered over several weeks and during this time, Brenda showed a high degree of commitment to her responsibilities and worked effectively in her role.
 
Her approach is enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and works very well in engaging staff and effectively communicating the corporate vision.  Feedback from officers, managers and board members has been very positive.
 
Brenda demonstrated a professional approach to her work, meeting deadlines and finding solutions and inspiring staff to be creative in their approach to some difficult problems.
 
Brenda is well liked and developed strong working relationships within Wandle.
